I have recently retired from a 40 year career in the public and private sector, most recently with the Royal Mail Group. I am an Ambassador and immediate past Chairman of Crimestoppers Wales, a Vice President of Scouting in Wales and a Board Member of the Reserve Forces & Cadets Association of Wales. I have two grown-up children and therefore have recent and relevant experience as a part-time taxi driver and full-time cash dispenser.

PS. I was born at 11am on 11 November and my mum was asked if she could the noise down as the hospital was observing a minutes silence for Armistice Day!
