Tungsten Corporate Solutions LTD announce the Management Buy Out of accountancy practice Aspen Waite in Wales LTD.
Speaking from their Cardiff Arms Park office, founding Director and CEO David Scheeres commented;
“When we founded Aspen Waite in Wales 5 years ago, it was as the Welsh subsidiary of a leading firm of accountants in England. We had no idea of the fantastic growth and support we would enjoy both within and outside of the Principality.
We have grown from our original headquarters at Cardiff Arms Park to two more South Wales offices serving both local and distant business communities.
We specialise in solutions to problems and assist our clients with specialisation in research and development tax credits, corporate finance, digitalisation of accountancy, carbon transitioning and much more including troubleshooting, marketing support and ongoing business consultancy.
Unusually for accountants, our team also employs graduate engineers and we hold ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 accreditation that allow us to offer third party affirmation of carbon footprint and strategy and to speak the same language to our peers in the manufacturing sector.
We have retained staff and premises and continue to offer a comprehensive service to clients.”

Asked why the name Tungsten was chosen? Scheeres commented,
“Simple, Tungsten is the hardest metal on earth, it is also the strongest metal on earth and difficult to bend, it also thrives under intense heat. We demonstrated this during the Pandemic as we did not bend and did not charge clients for processing furlough payments or loans and expanded as a result and actually increased in size. Tungsten does not corrode so our future is not Orange, it is bright!”
