The Sunday Times are working with employment engagement specialists WorkL on the awards which are now open for businesses to enter.
The results will be announced exclusively in The Sunday Times during Spring 2023.
Why should I enter?

Entrants will receive data via WorkL’s market leading engagement platform, with managers able to access employee analytics instantly through an intuitive dashboard, actionable data and other innovative programmes.
You will also receive a complimentary digital subscription (12 months’ worth) for The Times and The Sunday Times, enabling you to access business news, analysis and comments.
How can I enter?
Entry must be made exclusively through the WorkL for Business platform. Your organisation will be asked to set up and send out a free survey to your employees.
The survey will include questions about empowerment, information sharing, instilling pride, job satisfaction, reward and recognition, and wellbeing.
