Chambers Wales has welcomed a new member of the International Trade team, Tristan Lee, as it works to support and offer confidence to its members to keep growing through the changes affecting internationally trading business across Wales.
Headed up by Director of International, Jo Price, the International team has been expanded to create the capacity for Chambers Wales to support Welsh businesses with the documentations requirements of the new trading arrangements with the EU. Jo is passionate about all aspects of international trade and has the practical know-how to move goods though any air, land or sea port in the UK.
Jo Price, Director of International, Chambers Wales, said: “We have experienced a huge demand from businesses to support their EU and international trade since the beginning of the year and am pleased to be able to expand our capacity to keep supporting businesses.
“With the ability to connect our members to any market in the world, we are very well placed to help our members grow their businesses globally and have a unique offering in that we are the only member organisation in Wales to offer an end-to-end international trade service. Our international trade training offering is second to none and I have every confidence that we will go on to help our members further cement theirs and Wales’ place on the global map.”
Tristan, a Cambridge University graduate, joins the Chamber as his first step in his career in international trade and cooperation. Tristan was part of the ERASMUS programme where he spent a year in Valencia during his degree.
