Rules of Entry

  1. Awards are open to all businesses based or trading in Wales; all sizes and all sectors.
  2. Entries are treated in confidence but will be shared with a select group of individuals for judging purposes.
  3. All entries must be submitted via the website form.
  4. Any website links used within your entry, aside from the specific box asking for the website URL, will not be activated by the judges. Supplementary information may be requested at the time of judging.
  5. Please note the maximum time for the entry video. Videos longer than 5 minutes will not be accepted.
  6. Entrants may be asked for staff or customer testimonials.
  7. Entries will be judged by an independent and expert  panel. It will consist of headline sponsors, category sponsors, industry experts and Chamber representatives.
  8. Award winners will be announced at the awards event on Thursday 16th May 2024 at the Vale Hotel & Resort.
  9. Entry to more than one category is encouraged.
  10. Applicants must be authorised to enter their organisation into the awards programme.
  11. Entries need to be in English or Welsh and completed fully. Please note that Welsh entries will be translated for judging purposes.
  12. Incomplete entries will not be judged.
  13. Entry forms and videos will become the property of the Chambers Wales South East, South West and Mid and entries will not be returned. The videos may be used for social media or promotional purposes when announcing the finalists.
  14. By submitting an entry or being a sponsor for the awards, you grant us permission for us to use your logo as part of the promotion of the Wales Business Awards 2024.

  2. Proof of sending entry (by email) is not proof of receipt by Chambers Wales South East, South West and Mid or its agents.
  3. Chambers Wales South East, South West and Mid reserves the right to withdraw an award from any applicant supplying false information within their entry. Judges reserve the right to audit any information supplied.
  4. The closing date for entries is 5pm 29th February 2024.
  5. The judges’ decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
  6. No employee of Chambers Wales South East, South West and Mid shall be entitled to enter.
  7. By submitting a completed entry for the Awards, you agree to these terms and conditions.
